He began his journey in the woodworking industry on the shop floor at Unique Woodworking, a company specializing in architectural millwork, cabinetry, and store fixtures. There, he held various roles over the years, including Head Broom Operator, Delivery Driver, Cabinet Assembler, Custom Fabricator, and Machine Operator. In 2014, Roman took a leap of faith and founded his own drafting company, Rocky Mountain Drafting.

Roman's passion and expertise within Microvellum, now a 10+ year journey, sparked his love for drafting and customization. He thrives on tailoring solutions to client needs and specifications, particularly when it involves creating unique outcomes for them.
