Meet Brent Morris, a Microvellum expert with 20+ years of experience in the woodworking industry, 15 of those years as an end-user of Microvellum’s software. Brent is currently serving as the Technical Services Manager overseeing Microvellum’s worldwide team of Service Providers.
Brent’s industry journey began nearly two decades ago when he was hired as an apprentice at Premier Furniture in Sydney, Australia. As his expertise grew, he transitioned into various roles at Premier Furniture and Glavcom, gaining experience in designing, engineering, and building kitchens using Microvellum software. In May 2010, Brent’s career took a turn when he accepted a position as a Service Provider for Microvellum in Australia, where he helped others integrate Microvellum into their design-to-production workflows. Now, Brent enjoys collaborating with clients globally, assisting woodworkers in honing their Microvellum skills to achieve the desired results and scale their businesses.
Reflecting on his role and time at Microvellum, Brent shares,
