Project Setup

This video will provide you with a deeper, more detailed dive into project specifications, covering specific prompts, workflow methods, product defaults, and various means to set up projects for processing, review, and production.

You will learn specifics on topics such as defining default dimensions of specific cabinet types, changing default values in drawing templates, adding additional entities to a product (e.g., doors, drawer fronts, countertops), altering assemblies and subassemblies, managing materials, assigning different materials to different parts of a product or all products within a project, material associations and groups, creating your specification group for a specific project, the different classifications of materials and subassemblies within Microvellum’s Foundation Library, and overall, the most useful steps in setting up your project to maximize efficiency and get orders into production.
