Microvellum Adds Button-fix Fastener Hardware to Cabinet Library

CENTRAL POINT, ORE—Microvellum Software is excited to announce new hardware mounting options from Button-Fix, now available in the latest Foundation cabinet library release.

This update introduces mounting rails for angled panels and toe kicks, offering flexible installation options—either attach panels directly to the cabinet sides or mount them on rails. New fastening methods and customizable (X, Y) coordinates, along with lift-off clearance adjustments, make hardware positioning easier than ever.

Included Panel Fasteners

Button-fix Type 1 provides flexible drop-down or sideways engagement with a 3mm or 8mm gap, making it ideal for acoustic, wall, or ceiling panels. Button-fix Type 2 offers seamless push-on engagement for connecting panels at 90° or to a frame—perfect for service access like bath panels. For even stronger hold, Button-fix Type 3 delivers push-on/pull-off engagement with the same gap options, ensuring secure panel connections.

The Button-fix fasteners are available now in the Foundation Library builds 24.0607 and above.
